Sneak Peek

Lua

Lua, the Moon house, reflects the tranquility of the Moon with its combination of Slate and Granite embellishments.

The house has seamless inside-outside spaces that allow for different activities to naturally flow to appropriate portions of the house. We invite you inside for a glimpse at the ethereal beauty of Lua.

Entrance

Lua, spread over an area of 5,800 sq.ft., has all the features expected from a luxury property located in any part of the world.

A beautiful crescent-shaped pool lies at the centre of the house with courtyards, nooks, and rooms peppering the rest of the property.

Living Space

Living Space

On entering Lua, you are welcomed by a large open space that allows diffused sunlight to enter through double-height accordin doors.

The double-height living room connects the other common spaces - the lounge, the courtyard seating area, the library, and the bar.

The 600sq.ft. feature wall, treated with Pop to resemble the surface of the moon, overlooks the entire living room and can be seen right from the entrance of the house, creating a sense of intrigue and then wonder.

The living room also enjoys long shadows extending through the space. The light creates interesting filigree patterns with the louvers and screens in different parts of the property.

All bedrooms are spacious and range from 500 - 550 sq. ft. each. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and two on the first floor.

The master bathroom has been created to give a monolithic feel to the large space it occupies. Like the master, almost all bathrooms have a sky-light allowing for natural light to fill up the room.

Indoor & Outdoor Spaces

Indoor & Outdoor Spaces

All aspects of Lua are custom-made to evoke feelings and moods of the moon, including the chandelier that comprises 46 globes of different sizes, suspended from the ceiling at different heights to give a sense of lightness to the large double-height living room.

The moon house captures the mystery and romance through its various walkways and bridges flanked by louvred walls and balustrades. This gives one a sense of constant discovery and excitement, ensuring no space in the house is redundant or boring.
