Terra

Terra, The Earth House, is an expansive and environmentally harmonious extension of its lush surroundings. Inspired by the gentle and welcoming nature of a tropical landscape, the home features internal, open-roof gardens, courtyard ponds and an infinity pool with a private view and access to Chapora River.

Teak wood panels frame Terra’s entrance foyer. A rectangular waterbody runs parallel to the louvred front door and walls, drawing an element of outdoor tropical living to the intimate indoors.

A curved hallway that shares a ribbed wooden wall with an open roof, internal courtyard, leads to the home’s main living area. Each section of this botanical home is designed to embrace gardens, ponds and naturally occurring foliage.

The sprawling villa measuring over 6300 sq. ft. is every bit tropical chic as it is traditional mansion in an idyllic Goan setting. It sits beside a small river with a generous landscaped garden hosting a pool, outdoor dining and gazebo.

The property measures over 1 500 sq. mtr. and has a structure that is carefully woven through the natural landscape to create a home that actually has trees growing through the house.

Bedrooms

Terra's bedrooms are all larger than 550 sq. ft. with walk-in closets, outdoor showers, verandahs, and patios overlooking waterbodies.

Both bedrooms on the first floor have outdoor verandahs that overlook the expanse of the property with a beautiful view of the river.
